As Director of First Impressions for Keller Williams Realty, I wore many hats. I was the front desk call coordinator, office manager, social media manager, agent services, and many more. As the call coordinator, I directed all incoming calls to the correct parties. With over 100 Agents at the brokerage, I had to maintain and update all active listings by accessing our local MLS. As office manager, I maintained the appearance of the office by working both with our outside vendors, such as cleaning companies and IT Companies, as well as order any and all supplies necessary for day to day business. I would organize and share upcoming classes and training's and coordinate day of activities in our large training classroom. As social media manager, I managed accounts for both KW Tri Cities and KW Walla Walla and would handle all the marketing and business development. With Agent Services, I would call and screen all Indeed applicants, and coordinate meetings and interviews. I would also assist in on-boarding agents when they joined the brokerage and was responsible for designing and ordering all marketing material. I would also assist in any off-boarding if and when an agent left the brokerage. I would also make myself available to all our agents for whatever they needed. I was also involved with their "Culture Club" and would assist in community outreach programs and agent and staff appreciation events.
