ReddiFund holds money from employers on behalf of employees in the unfortunate event they are made redundant.• Processing bank transfers into employee accounts, including processing cheque payments.• Assist employee members with redundancy claims. • Building relationships with employer clients, assist with reconciliations, account enquiries. • Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date and following up outstanding arrears.• General office maintenance I.e. Attending to walk in clients, phone calls & emails, daily banking and mail.
