ReddiFund formerly known as WA Construction Industry Redundancy Fund (WACIRF) was established in 1989 to provide benefits for the Building & Construction Industry under the Federal Award "Building & Construction General On-Site Award 2010".
ReddiFund is an Approved Worker Entitlement Fund which provides Employers the opportunity to meet their Redundancy Entitlement obligations under the Award.
Sponsors of the Fund are the Master Builders Association WA, Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association WA, Construction Contractors Association WA and the CFMEU WA.
By joining ReddiFund your clerical obligations especially in regards to the payment of redundancy entitlements are significantly reduced, employees are paid within three working days of lodging a claim and you receive an immediate tax benefits in the year the payments are made.
ReddiFund members are also eligible to join our Mutual Benefit Fund which provides employees with a number of additional benefits including;
