Its products range from devices that make blood testing more comfortable to solutions that make it easier to administer life-saving medication.My role at Owen Mumford was to generate and build a role specific training matrix for the engineering teams and the apprentice scheme in the Technical Operations division of Owen Mumford. This included overseeing the apprentice training program and conducting Train the Trainer sessions for Subject Matter Experts who were required to mentor apprentices and new starters.The training within this company required a different approach to a standard “classroom” style. Instead it needed to involve interactive learning sessions that could be conducted on the factory floor.
