I've been a food nerd ever since I can remember. I've always loved to eat. And I loved reading so much, I was constantly running out of reading materials - hello, food packages (yes, including ingredients lists).Fast forward to graduating as a Food Engineer, and finding out my passion could get more specific when I started my career in a global Food Ingredients company. Over ten years later and a couple different organizations, and I'm still here, fascinated daily by both the magic of food science and the power of partnering with our customers to keep bringing food to life. From application labs to all kinds of manufacturing plants and fancy offices, my career has allowed me to travel around the world, fulfilling yet another passion: people, their culture, their language, and yes, their food. Connecting with my customers, distributors, and industry colleagues, I've successfully built relationships that translated into business growth, mostly by helping customers understand and apply the magic of the coolest food ingredients into their new product launches.My time in Product Management taught me invaluable lessons on the end to end execution of growth strategies, with enhanced exposure to the behind the scenes of Operations, new product development, margin management, and the list goes on - but now I'm back to Sales and happy (not to say EAGER!) to connect with customers and partners.
