Managing both Indoor Food and Beverage as well as both sporting and nonsporting Catering events. Responsible for planning and executing high profile events.

-Manage outdoor venues (Publix Fields and Baseball Complex) food and beverage operations-Responsible for product ordering and distribution-Serve as primary contact for vendors-Assist in interviewing and training team members on sales associate, food runner, and cook roles-Analyzing sales and product data to make sound menu decisions-Launch new products and promotions-Coach both Supervisors and their teams toward f&b goals-Coordinate with indoor venue assistant manager to ensure consistency across campus
