Manage the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring, administering benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Run pitching lessons for children ages 6 to 17. This involves developing a practice plan, running drills, and giving corrective tips.

Receive and review life insurance, annuities, and disability income applications. Establish relationships and provide continual communication with agents, clients, and carriers. Analyze data using business software applications daily, including Microsoft Office and Agency Integrator. Trained new employees of processes and guidelines for life insurance.

Consulted Concordia Classical Academy staff on marketing tactics to increase the number of students enrolled at their school. Came up with many ideas and strategies to help introduce their new curriculum style to North Mankato families.
