A fast-paced role in growing contemporary art start-up where my main responsibilities include order fulfillment (using CRM software systems), delivering excellent customer service and managing the central stock and sales spreadsheets on a daily basis. As Logistics Lead, I work closely with external suppliers, clients and designers on a daily basis to oversee commissions, as well as the logistics and delivery of all larger orders, pop-ups and exhibitions for the company. This also involves management of inventory and collections, such as the Rise Art Prize collection in February 2018. Since being promoted, I have been responsible for the training and management of new interns as well as working more closely with senior management to improve the efficiency of operational processes in place.

The 'on-boarding' team was responsible for ensuring that the last part of the hiring process ran smoothly for new riders. Tasks varied between carrying out legal right to work checks on new employees and using complex spreadsheets to assign timetables and areas to new riders. I was also responsible for providing guidance and training throughout the on-boarding process. Despite being offered a permanent position at Deliveroo, I had already made plans to go travelling in November of 2017 so this was a temporary position.

It was a great role for developing my administrative and organisational skills.
