Manage team conflicts to resolution. • Project P&L monitoring for development effort.

 Manage and coordinate a team of website publishers, content associates, external vendors, and the tasks of our international digital teams to ensure on time and on budget programs  Create efficient and coordinated timelines prioritizing tasks for the internal digital team based upon the individual needs of each task, project, and client  Handle multiple ongoing projects, coordinating with CRM team to ensure that client objectives are recognized and delivered  Create and manage an annual digital calendar and weekly publishing calendar for use and distribution to the internal digital team, international digital teams, and our clients for all Export and Growth markets  Manage the digital online media process from creative concept, client feedback, localization and translation, tagging, trafficking, and optimization  Plan the website launch and maintenance process from the content creation stage through push live  Manage all facets of Export and Growth digital budgets, including the opening of jobs, writing purchase orders, gaining client approval, and updating line items  Lead meetings to report on digital campaigns and website maintenance to internal, vendor, and client teams Strong emphasis on building and developing lasting personal and professional relationships with my internal team, the external vendors, and our clients  Work with an internal team of planning, account, media, CRM, and public affairs representatives to innovate and implement strategies for vehicle launch and sustainment campaigns  Actively research competitor digital activity in local markets and digital technology in order to identify new opportunities for growth

As an Associate Project Manager, I manage small scale projects and provide coordination and project management support to larger scale projects.
