• Manage our national databases and their corresponding reports each month to ensure hospital quality and efficiency• Run reports to analyze data for hospital metrics regarding monthly and quarterly measures• Create charts and graphs to search for patterns and trends in our data measures• Keep in constant communication with my team, supervisors, and directors to ensure the reports are correct and the hospital is running smoothly• Manage hospital wide contracts, ensuring they are up to date and organized in the system• Facilitate process improvement projects determine and implement changes for efficiency

As a student athlete, I learned a great deal of skills which include leadership, time management, and how to successfully work together in a team to achieve a common goal. Overcoming adversity, and working in challenging situations was also a part of my skill base during this time.

In this position, I received and directed incoming correspondence in a timely and efficient manner. I worked frequently within Excel, Microsoft office, and throughout several spreadsheets. Reviewing risk management data and entering data into online databases was also a part of my duties while holding constant communication between clients, management, co-workers. I was also able to set up accounts, perform endorsements, and edit multiple accounts by seeking out missing information.

I supervised 100+ individuals at the sports complex for games and practices. I was responsible for opening and locking up gates before and after each event as well as managing concessions to ensure everything was running smoothly. Office work was also a part of my duties which included filing papers, entering data, and occasionally running errands.

I gained experience stocking and selling merchandise, and handling money. At the end of each day I also balanced the cash register.
