Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Current• Establish structure to organize and manage initiatives of supply chain strategy• Develop baseline of current supply chain practices to implement strategies and objectives in support of the business• Develop, implement and manage skill sets for an optimal supply chain operation as well as the ultimate organizational structure for its successful ongoing execution• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of the supply chain, specifically in transportation and distribution. • Results against goals will be measured on a regular basis and presented to senior leadership• Assist in the development of annual supply chain budgets for distribution and transportation in accordance with the overall strategy to achieve company goals• Ensure that supporting project initiatives in key areas of the business are on time and on budget• Ability to present supply chain strategy to executive leadership team• Excellent strategic problem solving, negotiation & analytical skills; strong business acumen• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of employees• Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply chain forecasting and distribution execution.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects at an enterprise level• Ability to self-initiate and prioritize workload to meet goals and objectives on time and on budget• Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance
