Responsibilities/Achievements include:-Leading the annual employee survey (vendor management, data analytics, business partner support, adhoc research projects, item design/development, communications, etc.)-Lead on new talent management technology implementation-Initiated search for new employee engagement course vendor and worked collaboratively with vendor and leadership development to design a customized course aligned with our employee survey and customized quick tools for leaders-Broad talent metrics and analytics-Performance management process for non-field employees (e.g., communications, process design, strategy, etc.)-Designed and developed the New Hire Experience Index, a metric reported out on the scorecard combining hiring manager's quality of hire perspective, new hire's perspective, and retention, engagement and safety of the new hire-All data and reporting on the New Hire Experience Index-Designed and developed consulting-model Mentoring Toolkit, in conjunction with a cross-functional project team-Consulting with internal business partners on use of the Mentoring Toolkit-Lead 360 feedback tool processes-Took stakeholder feedback to create a business case to implement new technology for 360s (Qualtrics) to increase business partner experience, efficiency, and cost savings-Focusing on process improvements to better meet the needs of our stakeholders (e.g., proposed and successfully implemented new adhoc survey software, currently in the process of implementing new 360 software)-Designing, implementing, and running analytics on ad-hoc surveys for business partners and key stakeholders-Committee member for a NiSource ERG focusing on new employees, launched first event in 2017 across multiple states (2016-2017)-Ohio State Liaison for a NiSource ERG focusing on new employees.
