Most recently, I have been in the Healthcare field as a Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager; fulfilling extremely high-volume sales and maintaining peak level of service within the Plastic Surgery realm. I have had the pleasure to grow my management skills in a fast-paced establishment as a Guest Service Manager at JOEY in Bellevue. My main roles were problem-solving, ensuring positive guest experiences and maintaining the flow of staff and scheduling. Many of these skills are supported by my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Management. I also received certificates for "Creative Thinking and Innovation" and "Leadership" through my University. This was awarded by excellence and proficiency in degree-specific courses, exams and assignments. I fulfilled the majority of my degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas but ultimately graduated from Western Governors University. I have years of experience being a Dance Instructor and that has taught me many lessons on how to be a great teacher, to lead by example, and to foster an encouraging environment. I have had the opportunity to teach and mentor dancers spanning ages 3 years old to college students. I utilize creativity, organization, teamwork, and leadership skills in every class I teach. My degree in Business and my experience in the medical field, hospitality, and high-level, high-volume management allows me to use my knowledge and core credentials to the utmost value in any company.
