We help individuals and small teams do less, better by making it easy to organize, track, and document work. We know that organizing your tasks, projects, and to-dos increases efficiency. The problem is that most productivity tools out there are too expensive, too complex, or too poorly designed. We’re building solutions for teams of 5, not 500 that are easy to implement, simple to use, affordable, and help you and your team organize, collaborate, and record all the awesome things you’re doing.

I coordinated the administration of 8 College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) programs sponsored by Montana State University. These programs are open to any enrolled undergraduate student in the U.S. I liaised with faculty and staff at U.S. and international institutions and advised non-MSU students through the program application process through their re-entry. I marketed these programs nationally through various channels, including print material, social media, study abroad fairs and recruitment trips and online videos. Through Montana State University, there are 250 program in 60 countries available to MSU students, and I advised mainly out-of-state students looking for programs that meet academic and financial requirements.

Using the Banner database system extensively, I entered international transcript records for current MSU students on exchange and study abroad programs as well as approved University Core requirements for outgoing exchange and study abroad students. I advised MSU students on the Montana University System Board of Regents Residency policy and processed, reviews and approved completed petitions.I also processed a variety of registration tasks on a daily basis.

I administered the International Well Control Forum (IWCF) certification in coordination with instructors, invigilators, and IWCF personnel. Working closely with the Vice President of Operations, I revised many of the educational manuals and materials, including the Well Control Manual used through courses at MDS. Using Corel Draw, a vector graphics software, I redesigned many of the graphics used in the educational manuals and materials.

After receiving Well Control certification through the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), I trained domestic and international students using computer simulation software on proper procedures of Well Control, including Drillers, Wait and Weight, Volumetric and Lubrication methods. I provided technical assistance to other simulator instructors and programmed new simulators.

With the Executive Education department under the Leeds School of Business, I coordinated events associated with the "50 for Colorado" leadership program designed for Colorado business professionals. One of my main responsibilities was planning and executing the annual fundraiser for "50 for Colorado" that included the coordination of auction items from across the state.
