Senior Category Manager
Current- Plans regional assortment to compliment Global plan by incorporating local partnerships and regional sales trends.
- Defines regional merchandising plan for 14 department venues. including deli counter, grab & go prepared foods, pizza, made to order venues, self-serve bars, and charcuterie.
- Creates and maintains schematics and planograms to optimize product placement for flow, shopability and sales.
- Assembles and maintains tools to delineate complex data sets useable information at store level using tools like excel, SharePoint, OneNote and Jira Service Desk.
- Manges multi-million-dollar holiday ecommerce program by managing online inventories and in store merchandising utilizing Spinternet and customer Amazon platforms.
- Performs weekly WBRs to deep dive into category performance/P&L,define opportunities and create action plans to drive business forward.
