• Spearheaded an employee volunteering program, working directly with executive leadership team and corporate social responsibility (CSR) manager to align volunteering program strategy with existing company and CSR objectives. • Conducted focus groups and interviews with nearly 110 employees to identify areas of interest and potential non-profit partners. Collaborating with Human Resources and PR, created program structure and an internal and external communication plan to update employees and the community about volunteering activities. • Developed implementation plan for both the company and the targeted non-profit partner, a hospital, to launch and sustain the program.
