Artistic endeavors are more than just an elitist privilege; they are a humanitarian right that facilitates creativity. This is the statement in which I formulated my ideas and beliefs that guide my passions for artistic leadership and entrepreneurship. Looking back on my childhood, I confidently contribute my leadership, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to the experience I have had in musical theatre and music. If I am able to give back just a fraction of the experiential value I was given by the arts, I will find fulfillment in my career and specifically, my life. I have grown to value failures and choose to actively pursue a growth mindset that fosters personal and collective development. I believe open-mindedness and compromise is the key to professional maturing and I am eager to continue my professional journey propelled by these principles.
