I manage, train and mentor a team of 7 women through one on one and group meetings. In addition, I build and maintain client relationships through curating regimens to meet clients specific needs, respond to product inquiries and following up with client future essentials. I keep clients abreast on new product offerings through individually curated marketing campaigns via social media, personal messaging and in-person networking events. Also, I attended team trainings in El Paso and Nashville for continued education, business development and to network with other consultants. Also, I forecast future sales by educating & empowering potential clients on the benefits of clean beauty.

I was a full-time substitute teacher for the health and physical education classes at Vermilion High School. While there, I developed lesson plans per the state of Ohio Board of Education health and physical education requirements through instruction of materials, group discussions, and class projects. I maintained a safe and peaceful classroom environment for students.

I was the full-time study hall monitor and oversaw high school students during study hall periods. I maintained a quiet and peaceful environment for students to complete homework assignments. In addition, I provided guidance and assistance for students’ homework questions. I acted as liaison between teacher and student to ensure students completed missing homework assignments, attended make-up tests or those seeking additional instructional assistance.

I was responsible for conducting financial audits of local public entities in Cuyahoga county. I reviewed the methods, accuracy and legality of the accounts, financial reports, records and files of public entities. In addition, I performed compliance audits to ensure entity followed Ohio Revised Codes. I maintained communication among staff, managers, as well as the public entity’s fiscal representative throughout the audit process. I communicated any changes or audit findings to my manager in a timely manner.

I was responsible for conducting financial audits of local public entities, including Cuyahoga County, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, City of East Cleveland and East Cleveland School District, as required under Ohio law, as well as performing compliance audits of federally funded awards programs, such as CDBG, Home Investment Program, etc. I also was a State Auditor Representative for the Ohio Lottery. I supervised all drawings conducted by the Ohio Lottery Commission Draw Team to ensure all drawings are fair and impartial and record and perform calculations of total sales, total liabilities and total funded jackpot for the daily midday and/or evening live drawing.
