Teach private lessons on guitar, piano, bass guitar, and drums. Also directed bands of up to 10 children within the ages 8-18 to learn and play a variety of songs. Then, would record the band playing the songs they learned, and get the band ready to play a concert for family and friends. All of this process is within 2 weeks during the summer. Each session a band would typically learn and record anywhere between 3-8 songs depending on the skill level of the children. During the regular sessions in the fall and spring the bands meet once a week for an hour and a half over a 5 month span. Typically these sessions will learn more songs, and get to play at a larger local venue. Some of the places include Cicero’s and Blueberry Hill, two popular St. Louis, MO venues.
