Better in Pairs Mentorship Program is a club I co-established within my Kindergarten to Grade 12 school. It involved Grade 11/12 mentors meeting with elementary mentees on a weekly basis. Through weekly meetings, the mentors and mentees bonded and created a meaningful connection through various activities. Establishing the program took an immense amount of communication between administrators, teachers, and mentors. Furthermore, strong organization skills were vital through managing approximately 45 people.
