Performs general, routine custodial duties to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies. Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies. Safely use cleaning products, restocking, and ordering new products when necessary. Cleaning multiple buildings every week and keeping good relationships with building management.

• Serve: Provide a great dining experience to guests. Take drink orders, inform guests on any specials, take down proper food orders, serve food items and properly handle payments at the end of each meal. Know all about many types of wine. Ability to stay calm and courteous to even the most disagreeable guest. Help other employees that need it. Keep the restaurant clean. Make salads and soups for each table. Open and close building. Bar: Count drawers and drop money at end of shift. Make many complicated drinks in 90 seconds or less for the whole restaurant as well as served the bar top and café. Make new drinks for whatever season it is. Upselling specials and wine.
