I currently work side by side with my Father opening restuarants across the seacoast area. With his 35 years of experience in the idustry i grew up in restuarant kitchens learning about the importants of fresh, local, organic food, which then sparked my interest in nutrition. Once completing my degree in nutrition i returned to the restaurant industy and have worked my way up from server to General Manger, to event coordinating, Marketing, to overseeing the day to day responisbilities of the management team of our handful of restuarants.
