-Responsible for managing 60+ students directly, making sure that they are giving all of the 350+ residents the best service that they can.-Responsible to make dinner service as smooth as possible every single day of the year, by making a successful floor plan, updating the POS accurately, and making sure all dinner menus are up-to-date daily -Responsible for scheduling students in a way to have enough staff every single day and account for call-outs, as well as being on track with the budget

-Responsible for thoroughly setting up the restaurant so service goes as smoothly as possible-Help to maintain flow of service by making sure tables are cleared and set efficiently -Supervise 30+ students in the dining room in order to properly and accurately serve 350+ residents -Aid the residents if they have an issue with their meal-Responsible for making sure the restaurant looks clean and orderly every night at closing

-Responsible for teaching new hires on how to efficiently wait on tables, follow proper safety precautions, use the POS, and anything else needed to be able to handle tables on their own-Assist any students with any issues or problems relating to the POS or one of the 400 residents served in any given night-Assist residents with any issues relating to their food service
