I also worked closely with the in-house digital agency to ensure website content constantly reflects special announcements and updates. I facilitated and acted as the point of contact for all outside media relations and was responsible for drafting event press releases.While maintaining all of the aforementioned duties, I also assist the Reader’s Digital Agency team. I am responsible for client’s social media audience growth, comment and message moderation, monthly content creation, social media paid ad campaigns and scheduling. I manage client’s influencer programs to align with client goals and offer insight and coaching to client and the Sales Team based on branding initiatives. I organize all agency photoshoots, blogs and monthly reporting while also focusing on brand reputation management via Yelp and Google My Business accounts.
Ad & Marketing Coordinator
Complete management of ticket sales, sponsorships and branding for all annual Reader branded festivals attended by upwards of 6,000 attendees and 150 vendors/sponsors. Responsible for the recruitment/solicitation of all participating vendors that each donate approximately $2,500 of product and labor. I communicated and confirmed all event expectations to sponsors and vendors and recruit, train and manage 150+ volunteers per event. I created and managed the event marketing budgets to ensure event revenue is maintained and exceeded and responsible for ticket sales and group sales. Responsible for securing media sponsorships, media coverage, media invites and influencer campaigns.
