Responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts of seven sister companies within Advanced Body Scan. This includes managing campaigns, creating marketing strategies, maintaining CRMs, and exploring novel marketing platforms in order to engage and attract customers.

Coordinate needs for various clients ranging from car dealerships, non-profits, roofers, home remodel/repair, and attorneys. For these accounts I research and develop the most effective marketing plan tailored for each client. I manage media schedules, TV, radio and print production, social media accounts, conceive new sales events, and make certain all clients’ needs are filled while staying within their budget. I also create and update yearly flowcharts for each client, which are broken out by market. Additionally, I act as Production Manager by scheduling all TV, radio, and graphic work with our production team to be completed on time and correct. I also hold experience as the Assistant Media Buyer; gathering rates, negotiating the lowest CPP for our clients, and placing orders using SmartPlus for stations all over the country. In addition to Assistant Media Buyer, I run the traffic department, ensuring all spots are coordinated with stations and uploaded on time.

As the marketing assistant, I am in charge of tracking deadlines and producing ads, articles, press releases and product announcements for various publications. I managed the artwork for brochures, booklets and tri-folds that are distributed to our sales team and at trade shows. In my first 2 months at Rupture Pin I saved the company approximately $5,000 by negotiating prices with various sales reps for publications we frequently advertise in. During my time at the company I have taken charge of the quarterly company newsletter that is released to the employees and sales representatives. This newsletter alerts reps of new products and certifications that have been released.

San Antonio, Texas Area

As an Account Executive, I managed the agency’s largest account. I produced local TV, POP and Radio Spots for the 3 brands, as well as all national Hispanic Spots for one of the clients. For the TV and Radio I was in charge of copywriting and translating the scripts. In addition, I tracked sales growth for clients, recommended and created local offers and helped organize promotions with well-known sports teams. Part of my responsibilities included overseeing media placement, CPP, TRP’s, creating flowcharts, scheduling yearly promotions and tracking media, budgets and cashflows. I also handled all trafficking, including ordering spots and coordinating traffic instructions and uploads with stations.

San Antonio, Texas Area

I handled one of the agency’s largest accounts and oversaw all advertising for their stores around Texas. I helped organize promotions with well-known amusement parks and coordinated. Additionally, I was the assistant producer for a TV commercial produced for sushi restaurant. For this production I assisted in composing the script and storyboard and casting. I oversaw full production for day of filming, media placement and trafficking. Furthermore, I assisted on the San Antonio Spurs account working with TV/POP Production, Pocket Schedules and Information Packets.
