I am dedicated to contributing to the growth and success of New Horizons by bringing in individuals who are aligned with our values and goals.- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes interviewing, screening, sourcing, hiring, conducting background checks, verifying I-9 documentation, and facilitating new hire orientation.- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently.- Prepare and issue offer letters for selected candidates.- Utilize a range of recruitment platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Handshake, to source candidates and post job advertisements.- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data utilizing Excel.- Conduct recruitment for various positions across multiple departments while keeping track of each department's specific needs and requirements.- Provide support to the organization during the merger process.-Leading new hire orientation.- Participate in community and college career fairs, representing the company and its values.
