- Conducts community outreach within Santa Clara County, with an emphasis on connecting LGBTQ+ community members with appropriate resources - Member of the Harm Reduqion Project team who’s goal is to educate the community about harm reduction practices and getting harm reduction supplies into the community - Provides trainings on harm reduction to various community partners - Creates promotional materials for organization’s social media accounts

- Teaches medically accurate, developmentally appropriate and inclusive sexual health and puberty curriculum to 5th through 8th year students - Plans, authors and presents culturally competent sexual health curriculum in compliance with the California Healthy Youth Act- Partners with students to get their questions answered and connect them to appropriate resources - Collaborates and communicates with parents to encourage trusted adult communication between parent and child about sexual health topics

- Formulate course specific lesson plans, consistent with Health Connected’s sexual health curricula that are age and culturally appropriate to the priority population.- Effectively present all course specific curricula in classrooms and online, as needed, to students with diverse learning needs.- Collect and compile data on students participating in Health Connected’s courses.- Transfer data from various formats into appropriate Health Connected’s online database systems.- Uphold positive and professional partnerships with teachers, school administrators, and other professionals.- Participate in local school/community health fairs, forums, conferences and/or Health Connected’s providertrainings as needed.

- Reports social media performances and engaged with digital communities to build positive regard for company.- Owns digital content creation for both TikTok and Instagram- Develops marketing content such as blogs, promotionalmaterials and advertisements for social media.- Analyzes and reports social media and online marketingcampaign results.

- Build community relationships for program promotion, referral sources, and resourcesProvide continual outreach and support to members to maintain full engagement in the Teen Success, Inc. program- Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with all Teen Success, Inc. members in caseload. Assist members in re-enrolling in high school, engaging in school and exploring post-secondary education- Assess members' needs, develop appropriate action plans based on needs, and coordinate timely referrals for service and follow through as appropriate. Advocate appropriately for members when barriers exist- Facilitate, manage and implement weekly peer learning sessions in accordance with the Teen Success Inc. program model and objectives. Foster a peer-learning environment with trusting relationships and a culture of success

- Facilitates sexual health education to high school/middle school aged youth as well as community organizations, partners and Planned Parenthood's Peer Leaders program- Utilizes positive youth engagement strategies when engaging youth in meaningful discussions around topics of: sexual health, gender, orientation and gender expression- Manages youth program's budget, hour tracking and other administrative duties- Continually working to expand and create comprehensive LGBTQ+ curriculum for community programming

- Facilitates interactive activities developed by Program Developers including: story time, art activities, science experiments and open ended play- Implements discovery-based learning approach- Manages, maintains and organizes program space includingknowledge of specialty areas

- Responsible for day to day operation of California Academy of Sciences entryway, theaters, exhibits and various guest services- Provides platinum service to guests and upholds museums standards and mission statement

- Lead and facilitated field trips of historical sites for school kids ranging in age from 2nd-6th grade- Participates in guided research and ongoing study about history and cultural context of site as well as best interpretive practices
