Manager at 3 locations, supervised staff of 50+ dependent on location. Reported problems and complaints to store director/company owners as necessary, and created new policies/procedures to prevent/correct staff and store issues as well as improve customer satisfaction. Worked in all departments across all locations, including deli, bakery, and front end.

Completed a front end schedule on a weekly basis for 20+ employees. Organized training and scheduling for new front end hires, and trained new Customer Service Managers and Managers On Duty as needed. Reviewed till accuracy and addressed problems as needed, and overall supervised front end procedures and efficiency and made certain excellent customer service was given at all times.
