In charge of overseeing all the processes at the front of store, such as planning weekly sets for POGs, orchestrating team trainings and setting goals to improve metrics such as NPS Scores, Drive Up Times, and Utilizations. I also assisted in other departments, by cross training myself and my team members to ensure maximized productivity across the board. I oversee and monitor the front of the store to ensure smooth operations. I provide support during busy periods by reallocating resources as needed and assisting in various departments. Additionally, I plan and execute weekly sets for checklane endcaps and manage break schedules, making adjustments as required. I also offer guidance and support to team members across multiple departments, including checklanes, guest service, fulfillment, drive-up, cart attendants, and Starbucks.

I provided exceptional customer service by assisting guests with returns, inquiries, and checkout processes. Additionally, I efficiently fulfilled guest orders for Drive Up, achieving the lowest drive-up time in the store for multiple months in a row. I also contributed to Bullseye and Checklane Sets, while supporting team leads in overseeing front-end operations. I took on responsibilities as a stand-in supervisor when required by overseeing the front end while my leaders were on breaks or assisting in other processes around the store. When onboarding new team members, I captained their training by ensuring compliance and brand standards were effectively conveyed, and understood.
