Hi I'm Alyssa Wan, a current BME sophomore at Purdue University! I’m a driven student who’s always striving to learn and improve both as a person and a professional. Through my experiences in EPICs at Purdue and my various club involvements, like IEEE EMBS and Purdue First Program, I’ve come realized I’m a strong decision maker and how I use my critical thinking skills to tackle different situations and problems. My sense of responsibility is very important to me and I strive to ensure that the work I submit is done with the highest quality. I work best in an environment where achievement is celebrated and innovation is fostered. Throughout my various work experiences, like working over the summer at Kung Fu Tea, I've come to value collaboration in a workplace when it comes to decision making and planning out future tasks, especially when it’s with other dependable and hardworking coworkers.
