Developed back-end services for new clients onboarding to the account opening platform using Ruby on Rails. This involved building new features to meet emerging client needs and writing tailor-made modules with custom logic to meet specific client requirements.Served as an SME on the Verifications feature within the account opening customer journey during my second client implementation. Collaborated with our internal product managers and external clients to identify how to best fit their needs and identify gaps in our existing feature set. Led a group of 3-4 developers, delegating tasks, offering support when needed, and reviewing code to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Developed front-end UI and business layer web services for a portfolio management tool using Typescript and .NET, respectively. Worked on acccount management and billing features to support independent investment advisors.Transitioned to a new project rewriting and later enhancing the internal Rep Tool webapp from AngularJS to Angular 2, also backed by a .NET business logic layer. Worked with our internal account support reps to ensure feature parity was maintained and identifying opportunities to improve their day-to-day operations. Later expanded our webapp to also support internal portfolio managers to monitor and manage securities used by Schwab's robo-portfolios product offerings.Became team lead and worked closely with business owners to help prioritize features and estimate project effort and timeline. Consulted architects to adhere to implementation patterns. Collaborated with other downstream service owners to design implementations. Facilitated cross-training between feature developers and QA automation to work towards full-stack development teams.

Developed platform enhancements and supported client onboardings for internal and external clients for the enterprise-level authentication platform within the core middleware team using Java and . Supported features include login authentication, single sign-on, and token mediation between web services using SAML and OAuth standards.Led a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical support and mentoring. Managed client deliverables, including determining impelementation needs from requirements, prioritizing work, reviewing code, and overseeing production releases. Communicated directly with clients throughout requirements gathering, testing, and provided customer support for any post-onboarding issues or adjustments needed.Provided on-call production environment support for a high-availability platform, which mandated availability during market-open hours. Supported other middleware tier platforms including our synchronous messaging bus and webservice registry.

Provided feature implementation, defect fixes, and unit tests in user interface as well as VMWare VCenter access layer for Virtual Integrated System (VIS) 1.0 product release. VIS is a software solution aimed to manage customer datacenters as a private cloud.Designed and implemented an Integration Verification Testing (IVT) framework for VIS that allows automated verification of 3rd party vendor software prior to integration.
