Full-time employee and participant of Weatherford's Accelerated Human Resources Development (AHRD) Program. This is a two year rotation program consisting of many opportunities to work as an HR Generalist as well as in Weatherford's Center of Excellence. Rotation 1- Compensation: Projects consisting of the management of Retention Bonuses, various other organizational Bonus Plans, and external job benchmarking. This requires the development of extensive analytical skills. Rotation 2- HR Service Team: Projects encompassing organizational compliance of current labor laws and the relevant manadatory updates, the management and confidentiality of employee data in regards to all on-boarding processes, and developing HRST-specific manual detailing all formal processes including the various vendors used. This requires frequent reviews of the processes implemented within the HRST and collaboration with team members to contantly improve HRST ways to better serve field HR.Rotation 3- HR Projects for Global Manufacturing: Role consists of projects including but not limited to headcount management, talent management, succession planning, and data integrity. This requires frequent and regular communication with Manufacturing Directors, providing accurate data relative to management needs and dependent on the specific projects.Rotation 4- HR Generalist at Katy Manufacturing Plant: Role encompasses many day-to-day HR responsibilities such as employee relations, recruiting, headcount management, HR training for non-HR employees, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, efficiency and productivity are met at the plant level. Responsible for providing support to the GM and other management at location relevant to HR by communicating and integrating Company policies, practices and expectations set at Corporate WFT.

Manage an associate-level requisition from conception to completion, seeing new hire's onboarding through. Certified Lean Six Sigma employee with Yellow Belt, allowing for evaluation of set processes for efficiency and waste elimination. Develop University Relations & Recruiting Manual for the Internship Program for supervisor's reference. Construct functional internal University Relations & Recruiting informational site for employee's, hiring manager's and intern's reference of expectations and guidance throughout the internship. Create functional LinkedIn page for University Relations & Recruiting insight for potential candidates reference. Developing SharePoint and SuccessFactor skills.
