• I was the only internal USA-based Recruiter from September 2019 until February 2021• Reported directly to Global VPHR• Full-lifecycle multinational/global recruiting at fast-scaling, hyper-growth SaaS (Series B) start-up• Sourcing, recruiting, & interviewing for all USA-based positions • Multinational recruiting for Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, & Philippines• Hired first person for newly created Kyiv, Ukraine entity - December 2020 - Head of Finance & Operations• Hired first person for newly created Lisbon, Portugal entity - February 2021 - Head of Finance & Operations• Hired first leader for Manila, Philippines - October 2020 - Head of Sales/Operations• Tech used: greenhouse.io, slack, google suite/g-suite, PandaDoc, zoom video conferencing, calendly, gusto, Zenefits, lattice, trello, HireSelect by Criteria Corp, Sapling, Paylocity, and more• Scheduling across various time zones (multinational) with a distributed team of remote & on-site employees• Positions filled include entry-level (0-1 year experience) through executive-level (Director+ & VP+) in sales, sales enablement, sales compensation, customer support, customer success, marketing (content, product, customer, email, strategic ABM, engagement, partner, gtm, growth), customer onboarding, product/product management (growth, solutions, technical/API, product ops), professional services/delivery services, business development, sales development, revenue operations (RevOps), sales operations, customer experience (CX) programs, CX operations, solutions engineering, finance & ops, business operations (BizOps), legal counsel & more• Responsible for campus partnerships and recruiting• Own talent branding/sourcing/pipeline management (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AngelList, Handshake, Indeed, etc.), interview process, employee reviews, recruiting metrics & activities (including but not limited to time-to-hire, source of hire, referral program, etc.)
