I am a Nutritional Sciences major at Rutgers University, with an interest sports nutrition and eating disorders. Currently, as the student director of the Healthy Dining Team, I'm developing my leadership skills by organizing projects that promote healthier eating habits among the college population. Additionally, my involvement in a multi-site research study, investigating the interplay between diet and exercise performance, fuels my commitment to understanding the science behind optimal nutrition for athletes. With passion and experience in sports nutrition, I'm immensely eager to contribute to the field.
