As an inside account administrator, I develop working relationsips with both internal and traveling representatives from various financial and automotive institutions. My job functions vary from handling business requests through emails and phone calls, managing inventories, processing sales, compiling and sending reports, and resolving sale issues. I have experience assembling marketing materials, running monthly promotional events, coordinating travel arrangements for customers, and overseeing the staff in my department. In addition, I retrieve and process the information to get new sellers up and running in our department, to provide the most satisfactory experience with our auction that I can.

Starting as a floor sales rep at 16, I was purely a retail woker selling shoes and doing daily tasks in a retail store. When I became the store's assistant manager at 18, while still in high school, I took on other responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures including responsibility of the register's contents, employee scheduling, auditing, maintanence requests, customer complaints, employee interviewing and hiring, inventory management, shipment intake, etc.
