- Communicates planned events and promotions to team to maintain a productive flow.
- Contributes to social media concepts and monitors numbers to make sure we are growing our social media presence.
- Partners with creative coordinator on weekly external email concept contributing customer insight and then reviews weekly external email for approval.
- Develops interactive channels to connect marketing output with client inquiry.
- Monitors rewards program enrollments and revenue % from rewards members.
