- Provide instructional support such as balanced literacy, mathematics, and college preparation tutoring to meet the unique academic needs of children of migrant workers in Tennessee- Support students and families by translating and identifying legal, social, academic, and other health related services to promote their academic success- Design and teach weekly College Readiness Class for children of migrant workers in high school to prepare for postsecondary education by using the Unidos U.S. Escalera Curriculum- Organize and plan workshops for the 2021 Leadership Institute Summer Camp for high school migrant students titled Exploring My Story, The Power of Storytelling, and How My Story Can Help Me Apply to College, and College Fair Panel

Work with youth in communities to promote engagement and active citizenship, including gender awareness, employability, health and HIV/AIDS education, environmental awareness, sports and fitness programs, and information technology.Facilitated a weekly gender-specific youth program called Chicas Brillantes with 15-20 students, an educational program focused on leadership, self-esteem, healthy decision-making, sexual health, and goal setting. Graduates 12 Dominican teens from the Chicas Brillantes youth program. Collaborated with the high school guidance counselor to implement monthly presentations addressing sexual health, life-skills, and constructive use of free time for youth. Along with this I coordinated communications between the Ministry of Women and the high school and middle school guidance counselors to plan, organize, and present a half-day domestic violence conference that was attended by 80 to 100 adolescents, raised awareness of domestic abuse, and educated students about its different forms (verbal, emotional and physical).
