A first class LL.B (Hons.) graduate from International Islamic University Malaysia who consistently maintained an excellent CGPA throughout her studies. She is currently working as an Associate Trainee at Ariff Rozhan & Co. During her degree, Alyssa was passionate in advocating for the underprivileged within and outside of campus. She led The Good Society IIUM, an activism-based society as the Deputy President. She was at that time and still is volunteering as a Content Researcher for StandUp Malaysia, an NGO advocating to put an end to gender-based violence. In the past, she has volunteered with Parliwomen, an NGO advocating for equal representation of women in politics. She has spoken in various forums on women involvement in politics and was involved with many other political programs on the national and international level. With a strong passion for the legal system and policy-making, she was able to maintain excellent academic achievements and was also exposed to the policy-making process in Malaysia.
