As an intern at Maliway Designs, I worked independently to support both marketing and operations functions. My role involved contributing to social media growth, inventory management, and sales analysis. I worked closely with my supervisor for feedback and guidance, while taking full ownership of my responsibilities. Some of my responsibilities and achievements were one, managing marketing materials and product launches, ensuring messaging was consistent across social media platforms, leading to better customer awareness and brand consistency. By the end of the summer I was able to increase the company's Facebook reach by 82.2% and amplified post interactions by 336.7%. This boosted the brand's online presence between the 50th and 75th percent compared to our competitors. Two, creating a seasonal inventory budget for fall apparel, assessing expenses and projecting potential revenue and costs. This helped the brand allocate resources effectively and plan for upcoming demand. Lastly, generating a comprehensive 3-month sales report, analyzing in-store transaction while trying to identify key sales trends to influence future inventory strategies and optimize sales tactics.

I worked at Little Caesars in the summers and on breaks during the school years. Working at Little Caesars helped me gain teamwork and communication skills. The store in Jackson County was ranked number 1 in sales in our district over the summer of 2022. The store strived to reach management's goals and have costumer satisfaction. It was a great experience to build and learn skills in a controlled environment.
