As the Assistant Manager of Insights at Labatt Breweries of Canada, I ensure the voice of the consumer is incorporated into every business decision we make. My role is to understand the target consumer and use those learnings to inform marketing strategy. I'm responsible for owning global toolkits for the market and ensure my cross-functional stakeholders get the most value. I work with a team of diverse consumer advocates who use data to tell compelling stories that support our business goals. I'm excited to use my skills and knowledge to drive success for Labatt Breweries of Canada and continue growing my career in the FMCPG industry.Background: Masters of Science graduate with a focus in marketing and consumer studies. My interest in consumer studies began when I decided to purse a double major in marketing and psychology. I have always had a fascination with market research’s capability to capture and explain consumer choice. I possess experience in qualitative (in-depth interviews, focus groups and ethnographies) and quantitative methods (surveys, discrete choice, conjoint and segmentation). I have a passion for consumer driven insights in the tech and CPG spaces.
