Leads, and supervises approximately 50 US Army officers and non-commissioned officers, Department of the Army (DA) civilians and contractors across five diverse branches within the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM)Key Achievements:Designed an Operations Center to allow for the expansion from the old 28 workspace operations center to a staff consolidated command and control system for 72 workspace positions including the ability to hold collaborative information briefings on both unclassified and classified networks while tracking and monitoring multiple different Department of Defense, Interagency, and Civilian information systems to allow for situational awareness of all global events. Planning, construction and completion occurred under the $1.5M budget at a final cost of $1.3M and three months ahead of the 12 month scheduled completion date.Planned and executed the Department of Defense’s National Response to the COVID-19 global pandemic within the Continental United States with a focus on integrating and coordinating joint, interagency, state, local, and enterprise-wide efforts to address support to hospitals and healthcare workers nationwide.Successfully integrated the NORTHSTAR Palantir into all operations, and inoculated the program'sdaily use into all reporting and information briefings, resulting in the United States Army shifting its daily product development from using static Microsoft PowerPoint slides to conveying information froma web-based data stream updated constantly by all users in real time.
