Manages daily operations for all joint land forces within the continental United States. Leads, and supervises approximately 50 US Army officers and non-commissioned officers, Department of the Army (DA) civilians and contractors across five diverse branches within the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM)Key Achievements:Designed an Operations Center to allow for the expansion from the old 28 workspace operations center to a staff consolidated command and control system for 72 workspace positions including the ability to hold collaborative information briefings on both unclassified and classified networks while tracking and monitoring multiple different Department of Defense, Interagency, and Civilian information systems to allow for situational awareness of all global events. Planning, construction and completion occurred under the $1.5M budget at a final cost of $1.3M and three months ahead of the 12 month scheduled completion date.Planned and executed the Department of Defense’s National Response to the COVID-19 global pandemic within the Continental United States with a focus on integrating and coordinating joint, interagency, state, local, and enterprise-wide efforts to address support to hospitals and healthcare workers nationwide.Successfully integrated the NORTHSTAR Palantir into all operations, and inoculated the program'sdaily use into all reporting and information briefings, resulting in the United States Army shifting its daily product development from using static Microsoft PowerPoint slides to conveying information froma web-based data stream updated constantly by all users in real time.

Serves as the J35 Future Plans Division Chief (Program Manager) within the J3 Operations Directorate for United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). Supervises over 40 joint duty officers in three diverse branches within the USCENTCOM's (Middle East) Area of Responsibility. Develops operations and deployment plans for contingency and crisis response operations. Directs, coordinates and executes joint planning groups and operational planning teams consisting of over 100 planners from across the staff to develop unique solutions to complex problems. Key Achievements: Supervised and directed all aspects of planning and operations, leading to the eventual defeat of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in 03/2019 as well as the neutralization of the Iranian Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani and the subsequent contingency response operations by United States Armed Forces in the event of an Iranian response.

Assess security operations and the progress of key policy implementation between partners throughout Iraq, Syria, and Turkey. Commander (Executive Operations Manager) of a Combined Arms Battalion comprised of seven companies of 850 Soldiers, 36 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 29 M1A2 Abrams Tanks, and 205 Tactical Vehicles valued in excess of $300 million. Responsible for training, maintenance, leading and caring of all Soldiers and families within the Battalion. Responsible for the deployment and tactical employment of the Combat Arms Battalion in support of decisive combat operations. Responsible for maintaining a positive climate that fosters disciplined initiative and the development of programs and policies which effectively manage the Battalion's resources to ensure combat readiness.Key Achievements:Personally trained and led 800 combat ready Soldiers to serve as the primary contingency response force for the CENTCOM Commander in support of Operation Spartan Shield from 2015-2016. Simultaneously and successfully deployed to five countries in support of force protection requirements throughout the CENTCOM AOR in support of multiple mission requirements.

Deputy G3 (Operations Manager) for a fully-digitized Modular Force Division, consisting of three Armored Brigade Combat Teams, a Stryker Brigade Combat Team, an Air Cavalry Brigade, and a Fires Brigade, consisting of over 20,000 Soldiers. Responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of the Division's planning, training, and readiness while simultaneously resourcing of the Mission Rehearsal Exercises in preparation for combat deployments in support of annual rotations to the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California and Deployments to Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and annual deployments to the Republic of Korea. Ensures the synchronization of operations throughout the Division Staff and Brigade Combat Teams. Responsible for ensuring the execution of the Commanding General's (CEO) intent, guidance, and direction through the use of operations orders and rehearsals. In absence of the G3 (Operations Director), assumes Division G3 duties and responsibilities.Key Achievements:Provided supervisory oversight and evaluation of the Division's Mission Readiness Training Exercise Program in preparation for a combat deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2014-2015.Prepared over 800 employees to perform mission command and staff operations in support of International Security Force Assistance (ISAF) - Afghanistan

Serves as the Division G5 (Program Manager Lead) of the 1st Cavalry Division consisting of four Armored Brigade Combat Teams, a Fires Brigade, and a Combat Aviation Brigade in the conduct of Unified Land Operations with a worldwide contingency mission. Serves as the intellectual brain trust and principal planner to the Division Commander on all plans and operations. Responsible for synchronizing staff planning and operations for both short- and long-range planning in support of the Division Commander's intent. Responsible for the leadership, management, and development of all assigned Soldiers within the office of the Division G5. Supervises 4 Army Majors, a Sergeant Major, and 2 Non-Commissioned Officers.Key Achievements: Primary author of the Division's annual Training and Exercise Plan which resulted in the successful deployment of 2 Brigade Combat Team's consisting of ~ 7,000 Soldiers deployment to the National Training Center and 1 Brigade Combat Team (~3500 Soldiers) to the Republic of Korea.

Owner Operator and lead CrossFit Trainer for an all volunteer CrossFit Military Affiliate located on Fort Hood, Texas. Recognized as a military CrossFit Affiliate by CrossFit HQ. Supervised as many as 8 Coaches and maintained a active athlete membership of approximately 20-50 active CrossFit athletes. Introduced Soldiers and their families to the CrossFit Methodology free of charge through volunteer military affiliate status.

Serves as Aide-de-Camp (Executive Assistant) to the Commanding General of III Corps and Fort Hood. Responsible for the management of the CG's calendar and daily schedule to ensure maximum efficiency of his time and routine tasks. Schedules, coordinates and conducts liaison with the Corps Staff, unit commander and outside agencies across the Department of the Army. Supervise the CG's transportation communication and personal security teams, as well as his secretary and enlisted aide. Reviews and prioritizes all correspondence and message traffic. Plans and coordinates all temporary duty travel. Ensures complete legal review of all actions with sensitivity to perception of privilege.
