RF Network Optimization:* MTN drive test optimization project for Port Harcourt region* Prepare drive test clusters according to BSC coverage areas* Gather drive test logs for the clusters using TEMS phone and software* Prepare detailed reports and analysis using MapInfo and other tools* Interface with the customer and provide solutions to network coverage problems as they may arise.

GSM/CDMA RF Network optimisation:* Gathering network parameter logs using TEMS/Pilot Pioneer;* Generating reports and statistical data from the log files using MapInfo Professional;* Monitoring and interpreting RF networks KPIs and recommending adjustments.

Design, implement and manage data and voice network solutions for the company's communication infrastructure.
