• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.• Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

• Lead the mission-wide social media program.• Create, organize, and manage mission.• Serve as “Admins” on the mission Facebook Pages.• Lead and manage the messaging and publishing strategy.• Review, approve, and publish all posts on the Page.• Create, manage, and optimize advertisements on Facebook.• Provide training and feedback to all missionaries (regarding all aspects of both Facebook Pages and Profiles).• Visit Google Currents to access updated training materials, best practices, and reports from the Missionary Department.

Mission technology specialists serve as resources for questions and problems related to technology, including mobile devices. • Provide technical assistance and training to missionaries.• Research and test ideas for using technology in missionary work.• Identify apps or websites that would be helpful for missionaries in their work.
