Vice President, National Network Programs & Operational Solutions
CurrentIn this role, I have national oversight of operational processes that include the following:• Own and oversee National Goals and Objectives related to UnitedHealthcare Network internal teams. My team is accountable for performance monitoring, trending and reporting which identifies potential barriers to meeting our goals. Once potential barriers are identified, the team researches and promotes solution opportunities to improve efficiency.• Manage National Goals which are shared with operational partners which require shared accountability, diplomacy and the ability to directly influence those outside of my business unit. • Manage a multi-functional team with common and uncommon goals among staff.• Manage to numerous governed policies which drive how work is to be managed, including governance and policy adherence.• Represent the Network organization in inter-departmental leadership
