Team Lead Recruitment
Current- Managing team of 5 – 7 recruiters; handling full life cycle recruiting.
- Involved in Weekly and Monthly calls with Senior Management to go over the performance and areas of improvement.
- Responsible to get on every req qualification call along with Sales/client Hiring Manager/VMO’s to understand their project need.
- Prioritized client requirements, responded quickly and effectively to these requirements, interacted with client managers during the recruiting process and supporting active contractors.
- Effectively managed employee concern/question and raised to the Senior Management, if appropriate with recommendation.
- Worked in line with Regional and Account Managers to gather workforce needs and provided proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities.
