With over a decade of human resources experience, I lead the HR operations and strategy for a large manufacturing plant at Unilever, one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. I oversee the compliance, engagement, and productivity of over 2,000 employees, and partner with the senior management and the business units to align the HR objectives with the organizational goals and vision.In my previous roles as the HR Manager and the Assistant Manager HR at Unilever, I managed the performance management system, employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development initiatives. I also earned the Executive General Management Programme credential from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which enriched my knowledge and skills in business management and leadership.
