- Develop monthly HR Scorecard and KPIs and communicate results to functional heads- Gatekeeper for focal point and bonus tool in verifying, updating and uploading employees focal point and bonus data in myHR- Effective execution of all salary changes exercises take place on focal point, mid-year and throughout the year by completion of the entire process stages including data collection, calculation, impact, verification, approvals, implementation and communication while partnering with different parties as needed- Prepare salary recommendation and letter of understanding for new hires and internal personnel transaction such as promotions, demotions, transfers, change in entitlement or benefits as per company policies and SOAs to ensure correct compensation and benefits for company associates- Facilitate benefits programs roll out between benefits providers, management and employees and ensure benefits control management by tracking and facilitate required approvals for employees’ expenses and allowances claims such as relocation, mobile, healthy living, schooling, as per company policies and SOAs- Ensure full compliance with PepsiCo Compensation & Benefits policies by providing continuous guidance to HRBPs and GCC associates on C&B policies, practices, tools and interpretation- Formulate and update Compensation & Benefits policies to support company operational and strategic initiatives and meets local legislations- Regional HRA for myHR - Manage and mentor MyHR data accuracy for all employees of KSA & UAE such as (New Additions, Transfer Actions, Promotions actions, Merit Increases, Equity Increases and Termination Actions)- Generate and implement benefits programs to attract and retain Saudis- Roll out PepsiCo Global Healthy Living agenda throughout the year and Lead implementing Healthy Living activities for all KSA & UAE employees

- Assist HR Director in monthly Project Planning and daily task Management- Strategic Leadership: Spearheading comprehensive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the unique needs of diverse workforces, I drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in dynamic market landscapes. Assist in the Recruitment process, drafting Compensation Summaries and Employment Contracts - Coordinates and assists in new hire on boarding process- Liaise with other HR personalities in the Region office and also liaise with BU Office administrators- Maintain RAMS Database (Job description)- Responsible for Internal communications and events management

- Responsible for all BAE employees New arrival actions, Transfer actions, Promotions actions, Increment actions, Termination actions, Severance calculations, Bonuses and Personal Data inputs on SAP- Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR Policy carried out the administration for the provision of Married Family Scheme and Personal documents in support of over 5000 personnel and their dependents- Responsible for all BAE employees Mortgage references, Credit references, Statement of Earnings, Job references and Requests from Legal representatives- Liaise with other HR personalities in the UK, Australia and all over the kingdom within the Company
