For example, I was able to handle a large volume of requests and complaints from guests in a timely and professional manner, and I received positive feedback from both guests and supervisors.I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Ihm Shillong, which I expect to complete in April 2023. I have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in learning new skills and best practices. I have gained valuable experience as an Industrial Trainee and an Internship Trainee at Radisson Hotel Group and Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resorts & Spa, respectively, where I learned and applied various skills such as housekeeping management, quality control, and customer service.
