I was as part of placement cell where I closely learn some interpersonal skills and build my personality.Recently in 2021 I have completed my industrial training from ITC hotels Sheraton new delhi, saket. where I trained in all four core department of the hotel. learned culinary arts and preparation, food matrix of the hotel different cuisine they offer, Guest handling, operation management, staff management, store management, safety and security of the hotel,cleanlinessand sanitation norms. Recieved appreciation certificate in Food production and Housekeeping department, and positive feedback from managers in all four department.Now looking for a position in kitchen department/culinary where I can utilise my knowledge and skills and excell my career.
