• In charge of processing payments for our department which includes; delivering invoices on Tranman, processing the payments, and forwarding the invoice batches to the accounts team to sign off. • Contacting departments when their fleet vehicle is due for MOT & booking them in. Completing payments for MOT appointments. • Ensuring the vehicles are up to standard and road worthy through the Tranman system and advising accordingly. • Resolving issues that drivers encounter by logging it for our staff to repair or contacting the relevant repair company to do so. • Liasing with relevant departments when penalty charge notices are emailed over for their fleet vehicles. • Also involved with the Greenspace department which focuses on investigating issues that Borough residents have reported, and contacting the relevant team to assist. • I also cover reception when needed. As reception, I've also organised meeting rooms, handled deliveries and managed staff visitors.

• I currently assist with the running of Warner signed artist Vantage by managing some of his social media community pages. I do this freelance as a way of building up my profile.• I diary manage and assist with scheduling fan events to enable his community to interact with Vantage. These events include music production, gaming together or simple Q&A’s done through online social media such as Twitch.com. • Keep fans updated with the latest releases and future events, ensuring they are aware of events and how they can get involved.• Gathering input from fans and using this data to make improvements to the community page as well as taking into account what the fans would like to see in the future. Recently the community had wanted more variety in communication channels available to them. In response, I created several new topic channels where members can discuss & debate relevant issues.• Setting up community bots to create more interaction between fans. These bots require communication between users to activate, therefore increasing the amount of traffic on the servers.• Ensuring that the servers are safe and welcoming by preventing any form of spam or abuse. The community radiates a friendly and open atmosphere which anyone can enjoy.

• A member of the HR team, I am currently learning the day-to-day running of the recruitment process as well as HR administrative tasks.• Primarily using a LinkedIn recruiter license to search to headhunt the perfect clients for the roles available.• Provided general candidate support and administration to all stages of the recruiting process through creating job adverts, head-hunting candidates with specific skill sets, scheduling interviews, managing diaries for interviews, and conducting interviews.• Working with the HR team and reviewing policies to ensure there are no mistakes, flagging and correcting any seen.• Researching international news for changes in employment law & creating newsletters to keep members of staff up to date.• Working in a fast paced environment to complete tasks with a strict deadline.• Ensuring that the recruitment team is aware of international law and how it can affect their hiring methods.

• Given the responsibility of creating and planning lessons with the guidance of my Interac branch as well as my co-workers by making use of different Microsoft Office programs. This led to more interactive lessons for students where the lessons had an improved engagement level compared to lessons taken by the Japanese English teacher.• Helping young students learn the English language in a fun and engaging manner which challenged students and kept them unaware that they may be challenged at any time.• Running weekend workshops to teach the local community about English and other cultures meant students had a more enjoyable experience when learning a language and solidified an interest in them. This lead to an increase in the company’s popularity as the weekend workshop resulted in more school contracts being given to my company. • Voluntarily managing my own after school club which entailed teaching students about England and the UK culture. This created a space for students who wanted to gain additional experience which improved their grades.• Starred on TV at English camps for children on weekends.• Starred on Japanese television where I taught and guided active English learners on how to make Fish & Chips, as well as a Full English breakfast.

• Taken as a freelance role so that I could gain hands on management experience as well as improving my language skills. I was able to move to a JLPT-5 Japanese level from the conversations. • Originally worked as a bartender but was moved up to bar manager due to Covid-19.• Helped the owner recruit additional staff to assist in the daily operations of the bar which helped reduce the workload stress from the lack of employees. Due to the work relief, the owner was able to prioritise their main job while allowing me and other staff to run the bar without issue.• In charge of keeping stock and ensuring other employees were performing to the best of their ability made sure that work was completed effectively and efficiently. We never ran out of stock thanks to planning ahead of the shift.• While working, I use the time to develop my knowledge of the Japanese language by conversing with customers and was able to become more relaxed using a new language.
